Contributions:
• Assigned as Marketing Design Lead for Hollister's Holiday 2022 product campaign.
• Oversaw project management for the marketing design team while directly contributing to the design of all in-store signage and marketing collateral. 
• Successfully led the team in delivering over 250 assets across digital platforms, social media, and global retail stores, ensuring a cohesive and scalable design system across all channels.
• Conceptualized and developed creative strategies, including mood boards and typography direction.

Results:
• Seamless project completion supporting holiday product campaign driving  traffic across all sales channels.
• Improved team cohesion and overall confidence in team's ability to execute large quantities of design work across many applications on time without sacrificing quality or a lapse in marketing strategy.
• Established best practices for upcoming seasons improving process workflows to improve overall throughput by increasing cycle times across all design development touchpoints.
